One of the key missions of The Kentucky Coalition to Carry Concealed, Inc. (KC3) is to communicate information regarding the concept of concealed carry and about Kentucky laws dealing with the possession and use of a deadly weapon. This Internet site is one of several tools used in that communication. Due to the interconnected nature of the Internet, KC3 often receives requests to reproduce material from the pages of this Internet site, or to provide a hyperlink directly to it. Below is the stated policy of The Kentucky Coalition to Carry Concealed, Inc. with regard to these requests.

Intellectual property created by, or on behalf, of KC3 and published on the KC3 Internet site remains the property of KC3, and can not be reproduced in any manner without the expressed permission of the KC3 Board of Directors or their agent. Permission is given to anyone to provide a link to any part of the KC3 Internet pages. These conditions are subject to the following stipulations:

  1. The KC3 Board of Directors reserves the right to refuse or revoke permission to reproduce, copy, link to, or otherwise distribute, any material posted on the KC3 Internet site to any person, group of persons, or organization, if The Board of Directors believes said individual or agency is not using the material to further the goals of KC3.

  2. Material reproduced from the KC3 Internet site that is created by, or on behalf of KC3, must be properly credited to KC3.

  3. KC3 is not required to notify any person or organization with a link to the KC3 Internet site if the site is changed such that the link no longer functions.

  4. KC3 is not required to maintain any particular content on these Internet pages. Content can be added, amended, or deleted at the will of The Board of Directors.

  5. Permission to use content or material provided by other organizations or individuals, or linked from other Internet pages to the KC3 Internet pages must be obtained from or through the original publisher of the material.
